When you refer another therapist or nurse to us, and they complete a 13-week assignment, you receive a special bonus from us. In fact, you can refer as many providers as you want! It’s our way of saying thank you for sharing your story and helping us grow.

FAQs about the program
- How much is the referral bonus?When you refer a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist, or Registered Nurse, you earn $1,500*. When you refer a Licensed Practical Nurse, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you earn $750*. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make to CCI.
- How do I become eligible? To qualify, the therapist you refer must be new to CCI, meaning he or she has not worked an assignment with us before and must complete a full contract assignment. See Terms and Conditions below. Final eligibility is determined by CCI.
- How many referrals can I submit? There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make, However, a new provider being referred to CCI can only be referred once.

*Eligibility
- Referred clinicians must be either a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. They must be based in the United States.
- This program is not available outside of the United States, and excludes Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- In order to qualify, the referred medical professional must not have an active relationship with Critical Connection, Inc. (CCI) the time of referral. A provider is considered to have an active relationship if they have:
- Worked an assignment for CCI within the past year.
- Applied for a position, submitted credentials, or completed an application within the past year.
- Had direct communication via phone, email, or SMS with a CCI recruiter within the past year.
- The referred clinician must begin contract work within one year of being referred for the referral to be valid.
- If a provider is in our database but has not engaged in any of the ways listed above for one year or more, the referral will be eligible, pending the referral payment terms (below) are met.
*Referral program restrictions and revisions
- A referred provider may only be referred once (example: Jane Doe refers Joe Doe; Joe can only be referred one time). The qualifying referral bonus will be awarded to the first person who submits the referral, as determined by the verified date of form submission.
- Elite365, the parent company, reserves the right to determine referral eligibility based on tracking data, submission records, and provider confirmation.
*Referral bonus payment terms
- The clinician that is referred to CCI must complete a minimum of 13 weeks in order for the referring party to receive his or her bonus. This applies to providers working on a travel contract and a permanent placement position. Once the referred clinician completes the full 13 weeks, the referee (who made the referral) becomes eligible for a bonus.
- Referral bonus amounts vary based on the type of provider. See above in the FAQs section.
- A completed W9 form is required by the referring party to receive payment.
- The referral bonus payment will be sent via direct deposit.
